"As Muslims, we must keep our emotions under control, as ordained by Allah. We must place our emotions under the control of our faith. The formula for a happy and peaceful life is only possible through this. For us believers who have faith in the afterlife, both worldly and eternal happiness are attained by living in the way Allah has commanded us. The greatest reason for writing this work is to make Muslims, who have begun to lose their emotions due to technological idols, realize that the scale of the danger is by no means innocent. It is to raise awareness that devices such as televisions and computers, which we bring into our homes and consider worthy of the best places, steal the ability to think and speak—the most precious traits that distinguish humans from animals—and that, as Muslims, we should not become part of the 'single-type human' project rooted in television and internet ethics instead of adopting the morality of our Prophet, who is our perfect example (uswa hasana).
