About the Book

The tongue is one of the masterpieces of art created by Allah (SWT). Although small in size, its function is greater than all other organs of the body. The functional domains of other organs are limited. For example, the eye only perceives colors and shapes; the ear only hears sounds; the hand only touches matter. The tongue, however, can engage with all material and spiritual entities, and everything that falls within the realms of knowledge, perception, and imagination. It can express these in a right or wrong manner, in terms of acceptance or rejection. Faith and disbelief, which determine a person's eternal happiness or misery, are also established through the confession of the tongue. Because of this characteristic, the tongue can be a means to infinite good or infinite evil. A person who controls their tongue with the measures of Sharia and limits it only to words that benefit them in this world and the hereafter achieves salvation. A person who leaves it unchecked and uncontrolled will face trouble and misfortune in this world and the hereafter. Such a tongue becomes the voice of Satan and turns into an instrument of destruction worse than a bomb.
