The final work known to have been written by the great Islamic scholar Imam al-Ghazali after his masterpiece, Ihyâ' 'Ulûm al-Dîn, is Minhâj al-'Âbidîn. This work has been translated under the title "The Seven Valleys to Paradise." In this book, Imam al-Ghazali outlines the seven stages that a person who worships Allah must pass through and the solutions to the difficulties encountered at these stages. The organization of the work by the author and the presentation of the subject matter are excellent.
