In every stage of this work, we made use of authoritative tafsir (exegesis) books. We took care not to express any point that we could not find in these sources, even if it were in parentheses. In matters of belief, we took care to present the views of the Ahl al-Sunnah, to prioritize these opinions, and to prefer the view we found more transcendent in the same context. Brief explanations of some verses that are difficult to understand and prone to misinterpretation were quoted from the original copies of the tafsir works, included in the footnotes, and the source of each was indicated. The meanings of certain terms were summarized by benefiting from both tafsir and scholarly works. Likewise, brief explanations of abrogation (nasih and mansukh) verses, and some verses related to fiqh and muamalat (transactions) were quoted from sources as needed. While explaining the words, an effort was made to convey the meanings they carry within the text rather than their abstract meanings.

This work, which lasted nearly ten years under the supervision of the Scientific Research Center within our publishing house, was carried out by a committee of ten people who graduated from various Theology Faculties and eastern madrasas in the country, as well as religious educational universities and madrasas abroad, such as Al-Azhar University.

Based on consultation, this final text, prepared as a committee, was edited over a period of nearly one year with the serious examination and participation of a large group of men and women from very different professions and specialties, including theology, literature, history, psychology, pedagogy, education, engineering, technical education, medicine, economics, law, political science, and fine arts, by benefiting from their opinions.
