In this work, the life of Abdülhamid Han—whom Necip Fazıl, who should also be noted as a biographer, viewed as the "key figure" to the enigma of Turkish history and fraudulent revolutions in the social cause he pursued—is brought to light within the framework of a thesis, a manifesto, and a cause.
The discovery is absolute and original to Necip Fazıl, and at one point, it even led its author to prison.

According to Necip Fazıl, who said:
"Time is up for the false history—manufactured by the bandits of the Committee of Union and Progress in hand with Jews, converts, Masons, cosmopolitans, and agents of imperialism, and which we have witnessed continue throughout the Republican regime—concerning a person who was perhaps the greatest among the 36 Turkish rulers and who possesses an enormous historical right! Everything in the world has seen its counterfeit, but never has there been such a perpetual liar of science and history!"
