We are here with a different dossier topic.
Tradition is the legacy of human truth and the reason for existence… Naturally, in its distilled form. Change (movement), which signifies time, is also intertwined with tradition. Although tradition and change may appear as opposite poles, they are two inseparable elements. Given the relationship between human fields of endeavor and needs, the "values" that time—in its constant forward momentum—cannot wear down (the timeless) are the fountainhead, the primary cause. And they carry a completely spiritual fingerprint. In other words, morality and culture are a "command and control" base that forms and resides in social memory. We call what is left behind tradition.
Even though tradition carries value and importance, we are the members and carriers of the values and value judgments that make tradition what it is. In other words, we do not have the burden of constructing tradition. By possessing the "timeless" values and value judgments that form tradition, we also ensure its continuation.
In our country, tradition and change (modernism) are generally separated into two opposite poles. Traditionalists and changemakers... The waters that turn the mill wheel flow away through drainage channels after completing their function. What matters is that the wheel and the stone turn. It is not the water that has performed its duty and departed that is important, but the ground flour. Tradition is entirely a matter of memory. We humans make the past exist by holding it in our memory. Without memory, there would be no such thing as the past. Since there would be no past, there would be no present or future either.
In short, we do not take part in the classic traditionalist vs. modernist divide. We are the warriors of our transcendent and timeless values that encompass the past, the present, and the future. Tradition will flow along behind us, and the future will take shape according to our judgment and wisdom!
