Hagia Sophia is the victory monument of Fatih Sultan Mehmed, whom the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) heralded the conquest of, and whom he praised along with his soldiers. Hagia Sophia is the seal of conquest of the statesman who, at the age of twenty-one, embraced the will to make Islam dominant in the world. Hagia Sophia is a divine gift bestowed upon lives dedicated to Islam; it is the "Feth-i Mübîn" (Manifest Conquest). Hagia Sophia is the manifestation of the statecraft of wisdom, personified in Fatih, by two great scholars devoted to the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (pbuh), such as Akşemseddin (may Allah be pleased with him) and Molla Gürani (may Allah be pleased with him).
