Intelligence is not a science that can be defined by a single definition. Although it has undergone many changes and differentiations with the development of technology, the main issues that are the subject of intelligence have not changed. These are; organization and structuring, accessing information and producing information for action, perception and mass management, equipped human resources, and the production of strategic operational plans. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) built a movement by implementing these issues during the Meccan period and transformed this movement into a state.
