The material and spiritual progress that the earth is in need of is found only in Islam. This is because only Islam establishes the connection between reason and soul, past and future, and this world and the hereafter. It possesses the substance to achieve this tomorrow just as it did yesterday.
The West, having discovered Islam through Orientalists, developed a perspective—both externally and internally—that disparages Islamic Law and labels it as a law of slavery, in order to prevent Muslims from returning to the roots of their spirit. For this reason, Westernized scholars tasked with explaining Islam point to highly specific topics in jurisprudence books, such as the “chapter on wells,” and confuse minds by asking, “Will you take into account the data from modern public health centers, or the principles of the ‘chapter on wells’?” Unfortunately, for these Westernized scholars, the “chapter on wells,” which demonstrates the loftiness of Islam, becomes a subject of ridicule, while thousands of other topics are obscured by focusing on just one—this, from a West that resisted having toilets even in its palaces until the 18th century.
This work, which lays bare the grand scheme of the will that aims for the continuity and survival of Western civilization, also aspires to explain why, in terms of methodology and fundamentals, Islamic Law is humanity’s only hope.
