Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi is one of the most respected and revered figures in human history after the prophets. This well-deserved reverence actually demonstrates to us the possibilities of revelation, which is the source of inspiration for our scholars and sages. He expressed this situation by saying, "As long as I live, I am a slave to the Quran and the dust at the feet of Prophet Muhammad." In fact, he did not say anything different from other Islamic sages. He spoke of truth, monotheism, and unity, inviting people to wake up from heedlessness, to become aware, and to return to their divine nature. However, his way of using the possibilities of language and his style of constructing texts distinguished him among his peers. That is to say, the grace bestowed upon him in transferring the wisdom of the perfect human to the language, which is the medium for the expression of meaning, is actually the true secret behind Mevlana's success in touching the hearts of humanity for centuries. In subsequent centuries, the sages who inherited the wisdom of Mevlana, which transcended the boundaries of the Mevlevi order, have strived to carry, transmit, and keep the inspiration of his knowledge alive.
