"Kenzü'l-Küberâ ve Mehekkü'l-Ulemâ" was written by Şeyhoğlu Mustafa and is considered the second political treatise written in Turkish after Kutadgu Bilig. Şeyhoğlu Mustafa wrote his work during the period of Ottoman conquests in Europe, on the eve of the Battle of Ankara. The work contains important information regarding the administration of state and society and sheds light on the fundamental dynamics of contemporary political philosophy. It also emphasizes that rulers must take moral principles into consideration.
