With greetings…
In this issue, we examine the existential crisis that Turkey is facing. Under the title "Existential Crisis - Is the Nation Becoming Alienated, Are You Aware?", we draw a portrait of a society experiencing a crisis of existence rooted in the erosion of our religious and cultural identity and our detachment from our roots.
The changes brought about by modernism and globalization have undoubtedly facilitated and enriched our lives in many ways. However, the destruction caused by some of the negatives accompanying these changes to the social fabric has reached an undeniable level. Under the intense influence of Western culture, our values and traditions have weakened, and the elements defining our identity have begun to fade. This situation has also birthed a sense of anonymity and homelessness in society.
So, how can we overcome this crisis? The answer lies in reconnecting with our roots. To achieve this, we must build a new human, a new society, and a new regime, empowered by the Absolute Idea, our history, our culture, and our values. In this issue, while diagnosing the current problems, we offer ideas and solutions regarding how this reconstruction can take place.
