This work is the 3rd volume of the articles penned by Necip Fazıl, who declared that "peddling everyday politics is not only an activity unbecoming of the lofty pursuit of an artist, but it is also not my business!", under the title "Accounting of Events" and using the signature (Be-De), reflecting his sense and perspective on social and political events.

In the third book of this series, an account is given of the events between 1964 and 1978, which should be read as a cautionary tale.
