The work titled Consultation, Precaution, and Experience in State Administration is a translation of a work written in Arabic by Hatib al-Iskafi, presented by Abdullah Kudsi, an 18th-century professor (müderris), to Ahmed III, who was at the head of the Ottoman Empire.
