This book, titled "The Islamic Emirate and Its System," authored by the master of scholars, the pillar of the jurists of the age, the mujahid in the path of Allah, Sheikh, Allamah, Mawlawi Abdulhakim, which we have in our possession, is a brick in the edifice of knowledge, a link in the path of authorship, and an important book in the field of Shari'a politics. This work examines issues and topics with precision; it is a work with very solid evidence and proofs, magnificent structure and meaning, and strong arrangement and content. With the light of its content, it will illuminate the path for those who are engaged in politics. These are what I have to say. My prayer to Allah, the Exalted and the All-Powerful, is to make this book beneficial for Muslims in many different regions of the Islamic world, to reward its author in the best way with His supreme grace, and to make his overflowing knowledge a blessing for us and other Muslims. May Allah bestow prayers and abundant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
