Two separate conferences by Necip Fazıl Kısakürek... Faith and Action - The Qualities of the Generation We Long For... Each conference was delivered numerous times in different dates and cities to thousands of listeners, sparking great interest. For Necip Fazıl, who shook Anatolia from one end to the other since the founding of the Great East Society in 1949, every conference he gave—regardless of the subject—was tied to the "ideal of rescuing our spiritual roots, which have been corrupted by the false revolutions since the Tanzimat, assessing them on a universal scale, and building the Turkish world of spirit and matter upon an ideology that the West itself would admire and find a remedy for every ailment within."
