Ibn Hisham's Siyer is considered the most excellent of all biographical accounts of the Prophet, the most superior in terms of reliability, and the most beneficial for people. You can read the life of our Prophet (pbuh), from his birth until he reached the Highest Companion, through the pen of Ibn Hisham. I was very happy to learn that this work, which I consider one of the most essential books to be translated into Turkish, was being prepared for the Turkish reader by my dear brother, Hodja Muhammed Yazici. I believe that the translation you hold in your hands will convey the pleasant fragrance of the Prophetic biography to you. Sirat Ibn Hisham is an edited version of the Sirat by Ibn Ishaq, which is considered one of the most important and primary sources of Siyer literature. There has long been a need for a concise version of this beautiful book to read the life of our Master (pbuh) in a fluent manner. This was a matter that concerned all Muslims. Therefore, the translation of Sirat Ibn Hisham into Turkish will make a significant contribution to those who wish to be acquainted with the events of the Age of Happiness from their original sources. Reading the Siyer-i Nebi is one of the most important deeds a Muslim must begin and continue in order to gain knowledge of the Prophetic tradition. Brought to the reader to reinforce the main principles of Islam in detail, Sirat Ibn Hisham has been made more understandable for today's reader through a meticulous translation, abridgment, and annotation process.
