This work is the second volume of the articles penned by Necip Fazıl, who stated, "Daily political sloganeering is not only unbecoming to the sublime activity of an artist, but it is also not my business!", under the heading "An Accounting of Events" (Hâdiselerin Muhasebesi) using the signature (Be-De), in line with his sense and vision regarding social and political occurrences.

In the second book of this series, an accounting of the events between the years 1950-1959, which should be read with careful reflection, is presented.
