Esseyyid Abdülhakim Arvasi ÜÇIŞIK
In this treatise, in which he declares that it is neither intellectually nor religiously permissible to leave the apparent meanings of the allegorical (mutashabih) verses of the Quran and certain noble hadiths as they are, and that the interpretation (ta'wil) and exegesis (tafsir) of the 74th verse of Surah Al-An'am are necessary, Esseyyid Abdülhakim Arvasi explains with proofs that the parents and ancestors of all the noble Prophets, starting with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and including Prophet Ibrahim, were pure, sanctified, and purified from disbelief and immorality from generation to generation, all the way back to Prophet Adam.
