📖 Book Title: An Extraordinary February 28 Story
🖋️ Author: Sebahattin Arslan

Understanding July 15 requires understanding February 28, as July 15 is a continuation of the "never-ending" February 28. As one of the few books written about the February 28 process, this work deserves to be read, especially by young people, for this very reason—to understand and interpret our present day. The author, Sebahattin Arslan—who was in the dungeons during February 28 and on the streets during July 15—presents us with striking vignettes filled with sincerity, sacrifice, and the ethics of a cause, straight from the jugular of real-life experience. As the poet said, “The issue is not being taken prisoner, the issue is not surrendering.” And the issue is not heroically (!) stepping on an army of ants in easy times, but standing firm against giants like Arslan, against tanks like Halil, and against traitors like Ömer in difficult times!.. Do not just read this book; make sure to have those around you read it as well… S. Bilgehan Eren
